“DinoWestern Pterodactilo” (DinoWestern Pterodactyl) by Manuel Marsol shows an enormous pterosaur with blue wings and pronounced veins, a brown body and a long toothed beak, swooping down over a bay. Below, on a sandy path between orange cliffs and shrubs, a tiny figure in a hat fires two pistols upward, trailing smoke.

The turquoise-green sky is covered with clouds, and the blue sea stretches behind the creature, with a dark islet on the left.

The blues of the wings, the oranges of the earth and the greens of the sky and vegetation are spread in large patches of color. The creature takes up almost the whole space, facing the small figure that confronts it.

It is part of Manuel Marsol's DinoWestern series, in which dinosaurs and cowboys share the scene.
