Some products in our store, due to their special characteristics, are only available for pickup at our physical store in Madrid, located at Calle de la Cava Baja, 47. Please check our opening hours [here].

To collect your order, you must present your ID and the confirmation email indicating that your order is ready for pickup.

Please note that an order cannot contain both shipping products and in-store pickup products at the same time. If this is the case, you will need to place two separate orders.

You can save on shipping costs by picking up your products at our store in the La Latina neighborhood of Madrid.

When your order is ready, you will receive a confirmation email and will have 15 days to collect your purchase at:
