Some products in our store, due to their special characteristics, are only available for pickup at our physical store in Madrid, located at Calle de la Cava Baja, 47. Please check our opening hours here.

To collect your order, you must present your ID and the confirmation email indicating that your order is ready for pickup.

Please note that an order cannot contain both shipping products and in-store pickup products at the same time. If this is the case, you will need to place two separate orders.

You can pick up your order free of charge at our gallery in La Latina, Madrid.

Once your order is ready, you’ll receive a confirmation email. From that moment, you’ll have 15 days to collect it at:

For safe transport and perfect installation, we only ship frames with premium anti-reflective acrylic glass.
