SECTION 20 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have the right to return any product you purchase from El Moderno Gallery within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal statement to El Moderno Gallery S.L., attaching the WITHDRAWAL FORM. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that the communication regarding the exercise by you of this right is sent before the corresponding period expires.
The seller must return all amounts received, including the shipping costs of the delivery before 14 calendar days have elapsed, using the same means of payment used by the consumer for the initial transaction unless the consumer has expressly provided otherwise and provided that the consumer does not incur any expense as a result of the refund.
