Our Catalog
At El Moderno Gallery, we work with art editions by contemporary illustrators and artists.
We curate, produce, and select graphic works with discernment, paying close attention to every detail of the process. We provide clear information about each piece, including the technique, edition, and printing characteristics. Our catalog is designed so that viewers understand what they are acquiring and why each piece is included in the gallery.
Many of the prints we present are produced directly by El Moderno Gallery in collaboration with the artists. These editions are designed to coexist with contemporary spaces, adding character to them.

Our editions:
Editions produced by El Moderno Gallery
These prints form the core of our catalog.
These art editions are produced in Madrid using Giclée quality standards. We use 200-gram Gall'Art paper and resin-encapsulated mineral pigment inks to offer accurate, stable, and durable reproductions.
Most of these prints are open, produced on demand, allowing us to share the artists' work with a wider audience without compromising production quality or image fidelity.

Relationships with Artists and Reproduction Rights
We work directly with artists. They grant us exclusive reproduction rights for the production of editions of their work under specific technical, format, and quality characteristics.
Each artist receives a share of each sale, the amount of which varies depending on the size of the print. This establishes a transparent and balanced relationship between the creation, production, and dissemination of the work.

Authenticity and authorship:
Rather than using handwritten signatures, many of our prints feature the artist's original stamp bearing their signature or monogram, maintaining the tradition of Japanese printing.
Additionally, all editions produced by El Moderno Gallery include a dry stamp certifying the work's authorship and production.

Presentation and Sustainability:
Each print is carefully packaged with reusable polypropylene and rigid cardboard to keep the work in perfect condition.
Additionally, each art edition includes an information sheet detailing the artist and the printing characteristics of the work. This reinforces the transparency of the process and the documentary value of each piece.

Other types of editions in our catalog:
In addition to our produced editions, El Moderno Gallery offers other types of graphic and artistic work.
Signed editions:
These prints feature the artist's handwritten signature and are open or limited, depending on the case.

Limited Editions
A limited edition corresponds to a specific version and size. If the size or color changes, however, it is considered a new edition.

Risographs
These unnumbered and unsigned editions are valued for their printing process and graphic character.

Engravings and original pieces
Limited edition engravings and, occasionally, original pieces as unique items.

Each piece in our catalog can be chosen with the certainty of its quality, its origin and the care put into each stage of its production.
